Dude, no wonder I used to get lost at this place.
My honest comment: Errr sure you can, but you have to make your people use English as their everyday language. All the lessons should be in English, otherwise there is no reason to study in Germany. If I were a student there, I’d better off study in another country, where English is the main language. You know we may pay less than the other foreign students in EU but we kick our ass off to learn your difficult language
